Why Shouldn’t Pennsylvanians Vote for Dr. Oz? Add Animal Torture to the List.
The television Dr. turned GOP Senate candidate conducted studies where hundreds of dogs and puppies were tortured and killed.
*WARNING* As the title points out, readers should be forewarned that this article is going to delve into specific cases of animal torture.
It really should go without saying that there are a lot of reasons why we should do our best to keep the GOP out of power, and we’ve heard them all before haven’t we? We all know they’re leaning further and further into fascism, are no longer interested in democracy because it’s no longer in their political interest, and they’re coming for everything ranging from public education to the rights to our own bodily autonomy. All that being said, former television Doctor turned Pennsylvania’s Republican Senate candidate Dr. Mehmet Oz has a very specific reason why Pennsylvanians shouldn’t vote for him.
Columbia University’s investigations revealed he’s literally engaged in the torture of thousands of animals, which resulted in the death of 329 dogs, 31 pigs, and 661 rabbits and rodents.
