With the right wing solidifying control over the federal government for at least the next four years, I suppose it shouldn’t come as any surprise to anyone that they’re getting increasingly more emboldened. We’ve seen it in recent years past and why would this one be any different? There’s nothing the right wing seems to love more than using their newfound positions of even higher power than to lash out at anyone who they deem an easy target.

Of course Trans people are on that list, and none other than Representative Marjorie Greene wasted no time lashing out.

Gustaf Kilander with The Independent writes:

Republican Georgia Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene was loudly booed while slamming health care for trans children outside the Supreme Court.

Greene went on the attack Wednesday at the court as it was hearing arguments in U.S. v. Skrmetti, a case involving a challenge to Tennessee’s ban on gender-affirming care for minors.

The congresswoman spoke about children taking puberty blockers, calling them “hormones or chemical castration pills,” according to footage from the event posted on X by reporter Talia Jane.
