Why Did Donald Trump Have a Rally in Madison Square Garden?

It’s entirely pointless, except…the racist and fascist undertones.

The campaign season is rapidly coming to an end, and soon we will know once and for all who the next President of the United States will be: former President Donald Trump, or Vice President Kamala Harris. You would think at least, that both candidates would be putting an honest effort with voters through events in states that will determine the election. States like Michigan, Wisconsin, and Pennsylvania for instance.

And yet, Donald Trump decided to go down a different path, hosting a rally in none other than one of the most heavily democratic leaning state in the nation: Madison Square Garden in New York.

Madison Square Garden…

Now, obviously many might question the decision.

Why waste your resources there? What’s the purpose of holding a rally in a city and a state that certainly are not going to vote for you and, quite frankly, have come to despise everything you represent? There is not even the slightest chance that the state of New York will vote for Donald Trump.

Well, lets talk a bit about the history of Madison Square Garden, shall we?
