Who Will Trump Pick as His VP?

It won’t be anyone currently in the race.

At this point, it feels all but inevitable that Donald Trump is the Republican nominee for the President of the United States, and I don’t realistically foresee anything happening that’s going to change that. Despite their efforts, candidates like Ron DeSantis, Nikki Haley, and Chris Christie have been unable to really even so much as make a dent in Donald Trump’s numbers. Right now with all of that in mind, it certainly feels reasonable to begin wondering who Trump is going to pick as his running mate.

It’s certainly not going to be any of the people currently running.

Let’s start with who we all know probably wants it most, shall we? Frankly, I can’t think of anyone who wants it more than Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene. I mean, at least when it comes to staying in Trump’s good graces, the Georgia lawmaker has done everything correct. She has remained loyal no matter what, and done everything in her power to stay in the good graces of Trump’s base. If she didn’t see Trump as her ticket to career advancement andmore financial opportunities, she would’ve been long gone.

We all know Trump knows that, too. He’s dangled the VP position in front of her in the past because he knows exactly how far Greene is willing to go in his defense. He’ll use her as…
