What Did Marjorie Taylor Greene Bring to the House Floor? A Scooby Doo Meme.
This is what American politics has been reduced to lately.
There are a number of lawmakers who I genuinely do not like to talk about, and Marjorie Taylor Greene is certainly among them. Every time I do I feel as though I’m giving her exactly what she wants, which is nothing more than attention and recognition for the theatre she brings to her base. But every once in a while her statements or theatrics become so absurd it’s difficult to resist the urge to address them, and this would be one of those times.

Georgia Republican Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene used a Scooby-Doo meme to make the case the Green New Deal is actually Chinese-style communism as she spoke on the floor of the House.
