We Can Now Order Free Covid Tests Through the Post Office. If Only the Rest of Healthcare Was That Easy.

We need Medicare for All.

Finally, after two years of dealing with this pandemic, Americans are now able to order free at home covid tests through the United States Post Office that will begin shipping by the end of the month. The online form could not possibly be more simple, and the efficiency is incredibly refreshing. Of course, while tweeting out the link to her followers Congresswoman Cori Bush happened to add what so many of us on the left, myself included, are thinking. In her tweet, she wrote:

“Ordering free at-home COVID-19 testing through the USPS via https://special.usps.com/testkits and thinking about how great it would be if all health care was this free and accessible. It’s possible with Medicare for All.”

It should go without saying that there is likely a reason why it took so long for our lawmakers to get this program started, long after other developed nations began their own similar programs.

They don’t want the American people to know government programs can actually be efficient when done correctly, and expect
