Wait, Donald Trump’s Campaign Spent How Much on His Legal Costs?
Yeah, it looks bad.
We know all about the legal issues of former President and reelection candidate Donald Trump. We’ve heard about the sexual assault charges, his involvement in January 6th, his business troubles, all of it. Things certainly hasn’t been smooth sailing for him as he attempts to navigate all of it while simultaneously once again running for President of the United States. It should come as no surprise then, given everything that he’s dealing with, that Trump’s campaign spent no less than $27 million in campaign fundraising on legal costs in the last six months alone.

Still, Trump, the GOP presidential front-runner, has seized on the legal cases against him as a potent fundraising tool, with his booking in a Georgia election case giving him a record single-day haul.
