Unfortunately, Marjorie Greene’s Not Going Anywhere.
As ridiculous as she might be, the Georgia lawmaker is poised to be a fixture in Republican politics for years to come.
Out of all the bombastic, showman politicians on the right wing specifically, none still manage to surprise me in the most disappointing way better than Georgia lawmaker Marjorie Greene. It feels as though with each passing day, she’s finding new ways to get in the headlines no matter what the cost, and continuing to appeal to and make herself relevant with the base.
I mean, just recently she was saying that “they” are controlling the weather as we watched hurricanes ravel the south. Because what’s a climate catastrophe without using it as an opportunity to lean into anti left rhetoric and insane anti-semitic tropes?
Every once in a while though, you catch yourself thinking surely this will be the end of it, right? Surely this will be the headline that could potentially end her career and relevancy.
Unfortunately, that has yet to be the case.
In fact, it’s been recently reported that her campaign is currently thriving, and quite literally doing better than ever.
