Trump’s Back to Talking About the Wind Turbines Again.

And it went about how you would expect.

Donald Trump might not be participatingin the debates, but he’s certainly holding rallies. Judging from what we’ve seen, it would appear as though not a whole lot has changed in his approach to these events and it’s easy to understand why. It might be a few years later, but Trump still knows exactly how to appeal to the base.

Of course, he’s now resorting to an old favorite topic: wind turbines.

At a recent rally in Durham, New Hampshire, Trump said:

“They send big fumes in.. They kill all our birds. If you want to see a bird cemetery, go under a windmill. You’ll see birds like you never saw, If you love birds, you’ll start to weep. They are killing our whales…”

I mean…where to begin?

I suppose we could start with the fact that while it often feels as though he says things simply to say them in order to get the base engaged, there are times where it seems as though he genuinely believes it. This feels like one of those times. The President of the United States genuinely has an issue with windmills.
