Trump isn’t Happy the Senate Reached an Agreement on the Debt Ceiling.

And why would he be?

As many of us know, the political theatrics surrounding the debt ceiling are over, and Senate Democrats and Republicans reached an agreement that will last until early December. It’s not exactly surprising, considering no one’s donors — Republican or Democrat — were about to allow the nation to default on its debt and trigger an economic collapse. It was all nothing more than a game of chicken, and even if the GOP decided to withhold their votes Democrats would have been perfectly within their rights to raise the debt ceiling through reconciliation. That said, one individual who didn’t exactly see the writing on the wall and was disappointed in the outcome was none other than former President Donald Trump.

In fact, he was so irritated that he called for the ousting of Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell from his leadership position.
