Trump is Now Claiming He Was Never Indicted?

The former President seems very, very worried.

It should come as no surprise that former President Donald Trump is not handling the news that his former lawyer Sidney Powell decided to plead guilt particularly well. It seemed inevitable that this was a situation that was going to make him uncomfortable and it certainly has. In fact, he even went so far as to say she was never even his attorney. When asked if he was concerned he then would not have attorney client privilege, Trump said:

“No. We did nothing wrong. This is all Biden… I was never indicted. You practically never heard the word.”

Yeah, the man seems to be losing it.

This kind of behavior tells us everything we need to know about the state that Trump’s in right now, whether his base wants to believe it or not. Trump is frustrated, paranoid, exhausted, and the weight of running a campaign with all of this coming down on him is beginning to affect him. He’s struggling to handle it, and I don’t think he has any capacity to even care about what he says in regards to his legal issues anymore. For the lack of a better term, it feels like it’s just word vomit at this point because he’s struggling to find the best way to handle it.
