Trump Claims He Won’t Sign a Federal Abortion Ban.
Why I think he’s absolutely lying.
Obviously, it should come as no surprise that the discourse surrounding reproductive rights and abortion have been at a fever pitch in recent years. It should come as no surprise considering the Supreme Court, with three Justices appointed by Donald Trump, made the decision to overturn the Roe vs Wade decision, and leave abortion essentially up to the states. Trump recently shared his thoughts, and echoed the right wing sentiment that abortion should be left up to the states.
And he weighed in again, this time saying he would not sign a federal abortion ban.
