The Lesson Democrats May Have Learned From the Republican Party on Joe Biden’s Way Out.

What the administration did that could potentially set a foundation for Democrats in the future.

For the sake of my sanity at this point, it feels necessary to focus on something other than what Donald Trump has done for the first four weeks of his administration. The shock and awe each and every day has been relentless, and it’s impossible not to feel overwhelmed to the point of numbness at times with it all.

Maybe it’s time to find some silver linings, right?

And maybe-just maybe-one of those silver linings lies with what the Joe Biden administration not so subtly did on their way out of the White House.

Maureen Grope with USA Today writes:

“Before Democrats surrendered control of Congress and the White House to Republicans in January, they celebrated the fact that Joe Biden had put more judges on the federal bench than any recent president in a single term.

“Judges shape our lives,” Biden said on social media in December, touting the confirmation of his 235th judicial nominee and what he called “the legacy I’ll leave with the men and women I’ve appointed.”
