The Latest Manufactured Controversy About Bernie Sanders? He’s a Diva.
Apparently The New York Post has issues with the Senator’s hotel room preferences.
It’s no secret that beginning in early 2015, just after he had officially announced his intentions to run for President and was polling at 3% nationwide, Bernie Sanders was my preferred candidate across both Presidential election cycles. Of course, that was certainly not the case among conservative democratic lawmakers, their loyal voters, or the right wing, and that appears to remain true to this day. Well, the latest manufactured supposed controversy in regards to the Vermont Senator comes from The New York Post. The allegations? He’s a diva.
According to an article by Samuel Chamberlain, on the campaign trail Bernie preferred King size beds, a 60 degree room, and apparently a cotton blanket if possible.
How dare he.
The article addressed a new book by Edward-Isaac Dovere entitled ‘Battle For the Soul: Inside the Democrats’ Campaign to Defeat Trump’, and also brought up a past supposed controversy involving Bernie’s use of private jets on the campaign trail for Hillary Clinton.
