Well, I suppose I should begin by unfortunately reminding everybody still processing everything that has happened since President Donald Trump once again took office that it’s only been a matter of weeks.

Not even three weeks yet, to be exact.

Less than three weeks, and it feels like it’s been a lifetime.

From the day it began and of course even well before then, it has been constant. Every single day, something new and more shocking than what happened the day before seems to happen. Naturally, it feels like a steady bombardment of news, decisions, statements, and plans that are enough to feel like a slap in the place.

How can we forget the recent news that he plans to attempt to abolish the department of education?
