Texas is Seeking to Destroy Public Education, and Use the Supreme Court to Do it.
Conservatives are waging war on multiple fronts.
Here in America, we really don’t get a second to breathe, do we?
It seems as though every single day, there’s something in the news that feels like a punch in the stomach. A punch so strong and stunning, it feels as though it knocks the wind right out of you. It’s been a matter of days since the first draft of a Supreme Court decision to overturn Roe vs. Wade guaranteeing the right to an abortion, and reproductive health was poised to be jeopardized even further in almost half the states in the country. Just days since it set in that not only were women once again going to be dying due to lack of access to an abortion, but there will be a massive uptick in violence against women as well.
When women are going to be expected to carry unwanted fetus’ to term and men across the country begin to experience just how much this affects them too, can we really expect otherwise?
Well now these so called “pro life” conservatives in Texas are ramping up the war on education for your kids, as well.
