Talks of Recession in the United States Have Already Started, and it’s Scary.

Everything is so chaotic and uncertain, and it’s not changing any time soon.

It has been one thing after another since the start of Donald Trump’s presidency and well, it’s gonna about as well as I’m sure many of us expected. He certainly wasted no time, and the trade wars are no exception. It’s been one thing after another, escalating unnecessary conflict that is only going to hurt the American people. Perhaps there’s no better example of how serious things are getting than the fact that talks of recession have already begun.

None other than President Donald Trump himself have decided to rule out the possibility.

Luke Broadwater, Colby Smith, and Ana Swanson with The New York Times write:

“…In the interview with Maria Bartiromo, the host of “Sunday Morning Futures” on Fox News, Mr. Trump also said that he was considering increasing tariffs against Mexico and Canada. The interview took place on Thursday at the White House.

Referencing “rising worries about a slowdown,” Ms. Bartiromo asked Mr. Trump: “Are you expecting a recession this year?”
