So, Why Did Trump and DeSantis Just Have a Meeting?
The two met for several hours, and I have a guess about one of the reasons why.
If we know one thing for certain about Donald Trump over the years, it’s that he’s certainly never been shy about burning bridges. He’s always willing to cast people aside the second they’re no longer of use to him, and he loves to disparage anyone who he feels is disloyal. Of course, on the loosing end of that was Florida governor Ron DeSantis. It seemed inevitable once it was announced that he would be running for President, and sure enough before it was even official Trump was doing what he could to tear him down.
Interestly enough though, they appear to be attempting to mend things?

The Florida governor was once considered the former president’s top rival in the Republican presidential primary dominated by Trump, with a platform that rested primarily on fighting the “woke” cultural forces of diversity, inclusion and tolerance…
