Sinema is set to lose her primary in 2024.
Goodbye, and good riddance.
Months in to the Biden administration, and watching senators Joe Manchin and Kyrsten Sinema proudly serve as obstructionists to virtually anything the left might like to see accomplished, it’s still difficult to decide which out of the two I dislike more. One one hand Joe Manchin’s level of corruption is irrefutably on another level, considering the fact that he has personal financial interests in the coal industry as he sabotages climate legislation. That said, at least we knew what we were getting with Manchin. In my view, the brazen way that Sinema lied to her base to get through the primary just might edge her out as even worse than Manchin.
All that being said, it appears as though Sinema has overplayed her hand.
