Sen. Mitch McConnell is Without a Doubt One of the Saddest People in United States Politics.

Let’s talk about the Kentucky lawmaker and his pathetic attempts at saving face.

Needless to say, the Republican Party has truly come out swinging this second time around with President Donald Trump. Actions certainly speak louder than words, and they have left little doubt that they don’t intend to let this opportunity slip by them over the course of these next four years. For the most part, the party has absolutely fallen in line, accepting and making peace with the fact that Donald Trump is their guy.

But of course, there’s always one who wants to stand out from the crowd and this time around it’s none other than Kentucky Senator Mitch McConnell.

Referring to McConnell, Eric Bradner and Lauren Fox write:
