Sen. Mitch McConnell Had Some Interesting Comments About the House of Representatives.

The divide in the Republican Party is very much alive and well.

When historians look back on this era of politics here in the United States, the turmoil within the Republican Party in particular is certainly going to be a focal point. One of the roots of everything else we might associate with it, if we’re being honest, along with money in politics of course. We’re stuck in an era where the right wing is held hostage by the monster it helped create, while Democrats continue to attempt to appease them when they can. But, the division within the right wing has never been more pronounced, and leave it to none other than Republican Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell.

Alexander Bolton with The Hill writes:

“Senate Republican Leader Mitch McConnell (Ky.) said Wednesday he’s ready for the “chaos” that has plagued the House for much of 2023 and 2024 to end next week, when a bipartisan group of lawmakers is expected to vote to quash a motion to oust Speaker Mike Johnson (R-La.) from his post.

“I’m relieved as I think all of America is that the chaos in the House will be discontinued,” McConnell told reporters when asked about Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene’s (R-Ga.) plan to force a vote on
