Sen. Joe Manchin’s Political Future isn’t Looking Good.
Let’s talk about what’s going on in West Virginia.
Ah, Joe Manchin.
The man certainly loves drawing attention to himself in a multitude of ways. Whether it be proudly standing in opposition to anything that the Democratic base would like to see done or hinting multiple times at a potential presidential campaign as an independent, there’s no one who enjoys being the cause of frustration than Joe Manchin. He’s the perfect embodiment of narcissism, and suffice it to say there are few politicians I despise more than the West Virginia senator.
Well, West Virginia seems to be over him, too.
“Sen. Joe Manchin (D-W.Va.) is trailing West Virginia Gov. Jim Justice (R) by 13 points in the latest poll of voters in the state.
The Emerson College survey of 539 voters, conducted Oct. 1–4, showed Justice with 41 percent support, and Manchin with 28 percent; 15 percent of voters said they would support someone else in such a scenario, and 16 percent are undecided…”
It’s almost like Joe Manchin really doesn’t care about his political career.
If Joe Manchin loses the election in West Virginia which is certainly looking like a possibility, why would he be bothered? If he actually cared…
