Ron DeSantis is What Fascism Looks Like.

If you blog about him, a new bill would require you to register with the state.

Almost from the beginning of his ascension to power, there have been a lot of conversations regarding the comparisons and contrasts between Ron DeSantis and the man responsible for his rise: former President Donald Trump.

Naturally, it should come as no surprise that there are some die hard liberals who are adamant that Donald Trump is the more dangerous of the two. To be fair, it’s an understandable conclusion. Trump has obviously shown during his tenure as President and namely on his way out that he is willing to go to virtually any lengths to maintain his power. But then there are others who — for absolutely justifiable reasons — feel that Ron DeSantis’ ability to be more calculated make him more of a threat.

While it’s a nuanced conversation and continues to be, I still find myself thinking that DeSantis has proven to be more dangerous in the long run, and recent events have only reaffirmed this belief.
