Ron DeSantis is Now Turning to Big Money Donors.
The desperation is growing.
Well, the election season is in full swing and unfortunately for Florida Governor and Presidential hopeful Ron DeSantis, his primary polling numbers aren’t really getting any better. It continues to be clear that his messaging and platform have not resonated outside of his state of Florida, and Trump’s even beating him there as well. He’s already been forced to fire staff and move things around, and the slow start has resulted in him unsurprisingly resorting to crawling to the donor class for more money.

“Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis is turning to a group of executives from Wall Street and a top lawyer for a fundraising boost as he aims to close the gap on Donald Trump in the race to be the Republican nominee for president, according to invites to two upcoming events in New York.
DeSantis will be hosted at a fundraising breakfast on Thursday in New York by at least seven wealthy executives, according to one invite…”
Unfortunately, I really thought DeSantis would actually give Donald Trump some trouble. Clearly, I was wrong.
