Republicans Just Voted Against Stopping Price Gouging at the Gas Pump.

The needless, corrupt obstruction is incredible.

Well, just days ago we all saw Republicans, without the slightest hint of shame, vote against legislation that would ramp up the production of baby formula in the midst of a nationwide, devastating shortage. At the same time they have the temerity to call themselves “pro-life”, they vote to allow babies to starve without even the slightest hesitation. Of course the GOP is at it again, this time when it comes to the record high gas prices we’re seeing across the country.

Every single Republican voted against legislation that would prevent the clear price gouging we see at the gas pump.

The third most powerful Republican lawmaker in the House who also happens to be my congresswoman, Elise Stefanik tweeted:

“We’ve had 10 straight days of historically high gas prices. This is a direct result of Joe Biden and House Dems’ war on American energy.”

This was mere hours after she voted against legislation to prevent the price gouging of gasoline.
