Rep. Marjorie Greene is Eagerly Blaming the Media For the Assassination Attempt on Donald Trump.
Because of course she is.
It has now been over a week since 20 year old Thomas Matthew Crooks attempted to assassinate former President Donald Trump. At a rally in Pennsylvania not far from Pittsburgh, shots ran out on live television and people watched in shock as the former President ducked and dropped to the ground and secret service rushed the stage. And then of course, we all saw the images of him raising his fists to the attendees letting them know he was okay, blood coming from his ear and shouting “fight! fight! fight!”.
If we’re being honest, it almost felt like he locked up the presidency in that moment.
But following all the chaos we have yet to learn a motive.
We still have no idea who Crooks, who was literally a Republican with Trump signs outside the family home, wanted to assassinate the former President.
Of course, it should come as no surprise that none other than Representative Marjorie Greene has been quick to find someone to blame: the media.
