President-Elect Donald Trump’s Not Returning Gov. Gavin Newsom’s Calls.

In the midst of a crisis, politics are still being played.

If you’ve been paying attention to the news at all or even simply talk to someone who does, I’m sure you’re aware about the crisis that’s currently happening around the city of Los Angeles, and wildfires that have destroyed entire neighborhoods. Lives have been destroyed and thousands of people displaced with nowhere to go, and unfortunately the fires are only continuing on their path of destruction. Needless to say, in a situation like this politicians will immerse themselves in it in an effort to at least look as though they’re fully aware of the scope of what’s happening and how it is impacting the people they represent. Obviously lawmakers like Gavin Newsom have had their boots on the ground and are making sure the people know they’re at least there.

Ah except, none other than President-Elect Donald Trump won’t even return his phone calls.
