President Biden’s Debate Performance Was Even Worse Than I Imagined it Could Be.
Watching the debate last night was genuinely alarming.
Let me just preface all of this by saying that I am fully aware of the fact that Joe Biden has a speech impediment. I am also fully aware that according to reporters who were in touch with the campaign and administration last night throughout the debate that he had a cold.
Neither of those things make what we saw last night any less alarming and uncomfortable to watch.
The debate, almost from the moment it began, was incredibly difficult to watch. It was stunning, really. I mean, I had low expectations from the very beginning and that has been well documented. It went about exactly as I feared, minus the lack of hostility, and was actually ten times worse.
All you have to do is go back and look at the last time they debated.
All you have to do is go back and find some clips of the last time that Donald Trump and Joe Biden met for a debate, and see the stark contrast in the way Biden performed and how he looked and sounded to get a sense of just how bad it was.
