Polling Shows Kamala Harris is Catching Up to Donald Trump in Florida.

I’m not sure there’s a better indication of how this election is evolving than that development.

Well, the wild and even chaotic at times 2024 election is continuing to evolve, and it’s been surreal to think about everything that’s happened since President Joe Biden made the decision to drop out of the race and endorse Vice President Kamala Harris. Granted, it wasn’t as though he had much of a choice considering Democrats made it virtually impossible for him to do otherwise, but even I didn’t predict what a breath of life Harris and her running mate Tim Walz would be for the Democratic Party heading into the most critical stretch of the campaign.

It’s been evident for a couple of weeks now that Trump has been a little unsettled by the momentum, and trying to find the correct way to attack and handle it. As of now, nothing is really working or resonating. Kamala Harris’ momentum has certainly been sustained and doesn’t really show any signs of slowing down any time soon.

Her campaign is catching up, and I’m not sure there’s been a more significant indication of that than the fact that she’s now within striking distance in the state of Florida.
