Oh, so I’m stupid? You sure spend a lot of time reading my content and acting like an arrogant prick more often than not if you think so little of it.. There is no tuition free community college, key climate provisions have been dropped, paid family leave has been dropped, no drug price negotiations (INDEFENSIBLE), the child tax credit is only extended for a year and only for certain income levels, no increase in taxes for billionaires or corporations either. There’s universal pre-k and that’s only because the billionaire donors want their workers back to the mines. Everything else is so means tested or scaled back to such an extent it’s absolutely ridiculous. If they can’t even get paid family leave - something that literally only a handful of countries don’t have - then they need to walk. All this bill is is window dressing for corporate democrats to point to when they run for re-election. If you think progressives should vote for this bill and hand them that win ESPECIALLY WHEN THERE’S NO GUARANTEE SINEMA OR MANCHIN WILL VOTE FOR IT, then you don’t understand a thing about what’s going on. You do realize the meeting between progressives and Pelosi fell apart is because she wanted them to vote for BIF first even though they were already making significant concessions right? So don’t come into my comments implying I’m stupid when literally everything I have been suggesting was likely to happen to this bill is happening. Get outta here.
