Let’s Talk About Trump’s “Major Announcement”.
Because we can all use some comedic relief.
Full disclosure: I know there are far more serious things that those of us who follow politics could and should be talking about. For instance, the left succeeded in defeating Joe Manchin’s pipeline side deal yesterday. Oh, and then there was the fact that Elon Musk decided to suspend a multitude of journalists ranging from Matt Binder at Mashable to Aaron Rupar for “doxxing”.
The “doxxing” these journalists engaged in? Evidently, linking to tweets from the account that tracks Elon Musk’s private jet. You know, linking to tweets from an account that Elon Musk himself publicly tweeted he would never suspend. The man’s paranoia and delusions of grandeur have become so intense, he’s now likening sharing this publicly found information about his jet to sharing “assassination coordinates”.
But all that being said, I genuinely needed some comedic relief today.
Of course, who better to turn to than Donald Trump?
After teasing a “MAJOR ANNOUNCEMENT” on Truth Social the night before, yesterday Trump was ready to reveal just what he had in store.
