Kyrsten Sinema is Preparing for Re-Election.
And it’s up to us to make sure she loses.
Well, it’s officially being reported that Kyrsten Sinema is in fact preparing to run for re-election…as an independent.
Kelly Rissman with Vanity Fair writes:
“Arizona Senator Kyrsten Sinema is preparing to run again for Senate in 2024 — but this time as an independent.
According to the Wall Street Journal, the Democrat-turned-independent’s team met in Phoenix earlier this week, where, in a slideshow, they discussed the timeline for her potential run, including when they would need to finalize campaign staff and when they would need to complete poll research…”
We’ve seen this coming, haven’t we?
Sure, there was some speculation that she was going to simply throw in the towel, cash out and go use the connections she’s formed by continuously working in the best interest of the donor class to go be a lobbyist somewhere. It would’ve fit, right? She’s done everything she possibly can to alienate the very people who got her elected, and she’s proven throughout her career that she has no interest in actually advocating for those she represents. But she’s certainly made a name for herself, and most important of all has curried favor with the wealthiest donors in the country.
