Joe Biden’s Gaslighting You About His Stance on Healthcare.
I’m so sick and tired of the lies.
My Mom has spent the last two years taking care of my grandmother.
Dementia runs in the family. My great grandfather had it. My great aunt had it and now, my grandma, too. Anyone who has ever watched this disease steal a loved one knows oftentimes, it starts off slow. They repeat themselves more often, forget some names until it gets to the point where it can no longer be overlooked. Putting food in the oven for instance, and forgetting to turn it on. No longer being trusted to drive, to cook, to take care of themselves. The mental toll that it’s taken on my Mom taking care of my grandma has been indescribable, and the physical toll is catching up with her as well.
My Mom’s doctor suspects she tore her rotator cuff trying to help my Grandma out of bed, and ordered an MRI.
Her insurance won’t cover it, and deemed it medically unnecessary.
That’s healthcare in America, baby. That’s just one minuscule example of how the wealthiest nation on the planet has allowed private companies to dictate your health. My Mom’s sore shoulder is frankly nothing when you consider the fact that tens of thousands of people die every single year in this country because they are uninsured or underinsured…
