J.D. Vance’s Comments About the School Shooting Left Lots to be Desired.
According to him, they’re a “fact of life”.
As we’ve all heard by now, a brand new school year opened with yet another school shooting. This time, it was in Georgia, and at the hands of a fourteen year old boy who opened fire and killed two classmates, two teachers, and injured many more. Not only the boy, but his father are now facing charges, and a community and families are never going to be the same. Yet more lives cut short at the hands of unnecessary and preventable gun violence.
Given how things have gone over the years and the way the discourse takes shape when these events occur, it should come as no surprise that Trump’s Vice Presidential pick J.D. Vance left a lot to be desired with his response.
