It Looks Like We Might See a Congresswoman Nina Turner.

The polling for the special election in her district is more than encouraging.

Nina Turner, President of Our Revolution, joins presidential candidate Bernie Sanders at a 2018 Get Out The Vote rally for Michigan Democratic gubernatorial candidate Abdul El-Sayed.

With Washington D.C. in its usual state of gridlock and the same, tired excuses coming from our lawmakers while desperately needed legislation continues to go ignored, it’s admittedly been difficult for me to find anything to celebrate as far as electoral politics are concerned. That said, I did happen to stumble across a graphic tweeted out by former campaign co-chair to Bernie Sanders and current congressional candidate Nina Turner containing polling numbers that were encouraging to say the least.

Nina is not only leading in the polls for the special election race for Ohio’s 11th district, she’s apparently beating her closest competitor by an arguably insurmountable, definitive 35 points.

Of course, Nina captioned the tweet containing the graphic with:

“Thanks to the hard work of our volunteers and supporters all over the district, our campaign is polling in first place. We are not taking anything for granted and know it will be a tough fight. Our work to center the everyday people of #OH11 is only getting started.”

Since Bernie Sanders first emerged on the national stage back in 2015 with Nina Turner by his side…
