If Netanyahu Has Anything to Say About it, the Ceasefire Will Not Last.
The genocide and inhumane, pure evil will continue.
It’s been years, and I don’t think I’ll ever get used to seeing the daily images of inhumanity, cruelty, and genocide crossing my social media feeds on a daily basis as Israel has been continuing their siege on Gaza. Whether it be images of children weeping over their dead parents, people crawling through the remains of their homes, starving people swarming for food, or a father holding the decapitated body of his dead toddler while their refugee camp burns in the background, it has been unendeding. Of course, seeing it is absolutely nothing compared to what the people of Gaza and Palestine are experiencing, the word helpless doesn’t even begin to describe what it makes me and millions of others feel.
All that being said, the news of a ceasefire between Israel and Hamas has dominated the headlines. Personally, I have been skeptical that anything was going to last and leave it to none other than Israeli Prime Minister and war criminal Benjamin Netanyahu to all but assure us that it won’t.
