After what feels like an eternity, we’re finally approaching the long awaited finish line.

We are just days away from the election which will determine the course of the United States for decades to come. The closer we get the more the impact of it has weighed on me, and I find myself wondering what it would mean for the GOP specifically if Donald Trump were to lose.

For years know we’ve talked about the polarizing figure that Donald Trump has proven himself to be when it comes the right and the left. We’ve felt the tension build, and show itself in ways that proved chaotic and even deadly. But obviously, we all know how polarizing Trump has been within the Republican Party as well not particularly among the voters, but the leadership.

And that’s at the root of the problem for the right wing going forward, isn’t it?

What happens if they lose?

Where do they go from here if Donald Trump is not reelected President of the United States?
