If Democrats Listen to Joe Manchin, They Will Lose.

And that’s probably what he, and those hiding behind him, want.

In recent decades Democrats have been incredibly predictable, and certainly not in a good way. No matter what position of power they might hold whether they be in the minority or majority in congress, whether they hold the White House or not, they always, always seem to find a way to tell the American people there is simply nothing they can do. Before Joe Biden even took office it was quite plain that Joe Manchin, along with Kyrsten Sinema and a handful of other cowardly lawmakers who like to hide behind them, would be more than willing to fill that role of the obstacle. Recently, in a glimpse of what’s to come, Manchin has publicly been preparing for the part once again in an effort to squash the reconciliation budget bill.

In a recent op ed in The Wall Street Journal, Manchin wrote:
