If Biden Loses to Trump, Who Will Democrats Blame?

Bernie Sanders is not running, so what will they do?

Well here we are, finding ourselves once again preparing for yet another Presidential election between President Joe Biden and — in all likelihood — former President Donald Trump.

Needless to say I — and the majority of the country — are less than enthused about the prospect of having to watch these two attempt to get through a debate again. Considering how vastly unpopular both of these candidates are, it’s worth at least considering who the Democratic Party would attempt to blame and point fingers at if Joe Biden were to fail to get reelected.

Well, it certainly shouldn’t be Bernie.

As he has been saying he would since Biden took office, Bernie has decided to endorse Biden and rule out a 2024 bid of his own since the President has decided on running. As disappointing as it might be and as utterly disheartening as it is to know that we missed this moment, it does not come as a surprise. Personally, I hope Bernie enjoys his sunset years with his family, and finds peace in how much he has given to his constituents and the country overall.

That being said, who will be the Democrats’ scapegoat this time?
