And as for your second point, Republicans are effective whether you like it or not. Why not replicate that kind of energy, and use it against them? If Democrats don’t learn to fight they’ll continue to get steamrolled. We don’t need to be misguided, but if something doesn’t change we’re the ones who are going to suffer.
