I suggest you read the threads like this one on twitter before you talk down to me and treat me like some naive little child doesn’t know a thing about what’s going on. I have never suggested radicalization would happen overnight. Just that our government is actively laying the groundwork for it. Do you realize I started this blog because my job doesn’t pay me enough to live? I work in a nursing home rated one of the best in the state of New York, but me and my coworkers haven’t seen a cent in hazard pay or a raise even though state health officials have commented on how well we’re doing to protect our residents. You know what we got instead? Disgusting hamburgers cooked by the maintenance department. I have coworkers panicking because they dont know how they’re going to continue to work full time and teach their kids on the days schools say they have to learn from home. You might not be an “enemy”, but someone who has made it his mission to comment on nearly every single thing I post to call me deranged, do your best to make me out to be all alone, and treat me like some sort of joke certainly isn’t a friend. I genuinely cannot imagine having the nerve to tell someone who has no motive other than to express her frustration and speak to the pain of what people are going through that they should just calm down and watch some Sunday talk shows. I have nothing else to say because I have had enough.
