Elon Musk Spent $44 Billion Just to Destroy Twitter.

The app is on a downward spiral, and I think it’s intentional.

If you have any connection to social media whatsoever, it was impossible not to take notice of what’s going on with Twitter. I noticed later Saturday morning that my timeline wasn’t loading. Rate limit exceeded. At first, like others I didn’t think too much of it. I thought it was yet another glitch that have become all too common since Elon Musk took control, gutted Twitter’s staff, and has attempted to force people to foot the $44 billion bill by making the app less and less desirable unless you subscribe to Twitter Blue and pay $8 a month to do so.

Yesterday, it turns out, that glitch was just Elon Musk evidently taking it one step further. He posted on his own Twitter account that these were “temporary” limits in order to combat data scraping and manipulation, and then followed it up by having the audacity to say he’s doing everyone a favor and encouraging people to get outdoors.

Ah but of course, it doesn’t take long for people to figure out that the man is absolutely lying.
