Donald Trump’s Supposedly Taking a Stance on Abortion.

Does he actually even really care about the issue?

When reflecting back on former President Donald Trump’s tenure in the White House, it’s impossible to deny that one of if not the most significant impact he had on the country had to do with abortion rights, and his role in overturning Roe vs. Wade. He appointed three of the Justices responsible for the ruling, and watched as they went on to implement the right wing plan that’s been fifty years in the making, and ensured that tens of millions of women across the country will not have reproductive rights.

Now, once again, he’s taking a stance.

“Former President Donald Trump said Monday that abortion rights should be left to the states, offering his clearest stance yet on one of the most delicate and contentious issues in American politics.

“My view is now that we have abortion where everyone wanted it from a legal standpoint, the states will determine by vote or legislation, or perhaps both. And whatever they decide must be the law of the land. In this case, the law of the state,” Trump said in a video posted to his Truth Social account.
