Donald Trump Seemed to Call For the Execution of His Rival Liz Cheney.

Because of course he did.

The 2024 campaign season is winding down, and in just a matter of days we will take part in an election that has the potential to shape the course of the country for decades to come. It’s going to come down to the wire, and I’m sure I’m not alone in feeling unease about the fact that in all likelihood, we will not know the outcome for days afterwards. Of course, it should come as no surprise that as we near the election that will shape his future, Donald Trump has gotten notably and increasingly erratic in his comments.

Just for instance, you know, seeming to call for the execution of a rival Republican Liz Cheney.

Hannah Knowles, Marianne LeVine and Isaac Arnsdorf with The Washington Post write:
