Biden’s Trying to Get Reelected. So Why isn’t He Really Campaigning?
Democrats might be getting too comfortable.
The Republican primary has certainly been amusing to monitor. It’s hard not to find it at least a little bit satisfying that the powers that be within the GOP seem to be uncomfortable in the bed they’ve made in supporting Donald Trump, and a few stragglers with absolutely no chance of success are all competing for their attention. Ron DeSantis, Mike Pence, Chris Christie, Nikki Haley, they all seem to have surrounded themselves with people who stroked their egos, and convinced them that they’ll be the ones to stand out from the crowd.
Unfortunately for them, that plan’s not going too well. In fact, fresh poll results are in, and even in the midst of dealing with no less than four criminal indictments, Donald Trump is still over 20 points ahead of his closest opponent in Iowa. With the Democrats of course, the circumstances are entirely different.
Despite insisting that he wouldn’t when he was running for President, Joe Biden has made his intentions to run again perfectly clear. At least, he’s said he’s going to. Maybe it’s just me, but I can’t help noticing he hasn’t exactly done much campaigning. Have we seen much of him out in swing states like Wisconsin, Michigan, or even Texas and Ohio? He’s not…
