Bernie Sanders is Absolutely Right About Ukraine and Russia.
And we should listen to him.
Obviously, the war Russia is waging on Ukraine has rocked the world, leaving many of us feeling saddened, angry, and frightened of what is potentially to come. It seems clear that the conflict is not going to die down quickly, with the Ukrainian President understandably and bravely unwilling to leave his people or go down without a fight. And then of course, there’s the arguably even more alarming, absolutely bizarre fact that Russia has also now threatened military action against Sweden and Finland as well.
Naturally people are going to look for leadership, levelheadedness, and guidance during these times. Someone who approaches the situation with clarity, and is able to convey a message that makes people feel not only heard, but understood.
Leave it to Bernie Sanders to be that leader.
